Sorry for the confusion. The Sale Horse Form you submitted is correct, but a second form is required in order for your horse's listing to be upgraded from the NEW ARRIVALS page to the QUALIFIED LISTINGS. One form is for the horse, the other form is for your own Contact Information [currently not available].

The Contact Form [currently not available] has what may appear to be repeats of information placed on the Sale Horse Horse Form (which you already completed correctly), but the information on the second form is about your own performance level and interests—which may be different from a sale horse you submit. For example: someone may submit a First Level Dressage Horse for sale, while they themselves have shown Grand Prix.

The Contact Form [currently not available] needs to be completed only once. After that, submitting more Sale Horses or Buy Offers does not require additional Contact Forms.
